เชื่อเถอะว่าไม่มีแมวตัวไหนในโลกชอบใส่คอลล่า เพราะนอกจากจะทำให้เสียลุค ยังทำให้สูญเสียความมั่นใจ แต่การใส่คอลล่าช่วยป้องกันแผลจากการเกา เลีย โดยเฉพาะโกเมส คุณชายที่เป็นแผลเกาที่ข้างหู ตอนแรกก็แค่หยอดยา แต่คุณชายก็เกาจนเป็นแผล ยิ่งเกายิ่งคัน นั่นแหละ คอลล่า ต้องมา
คอลล่าแมว สิ่งจำเป็นที่แมวเกลียด
หลังจากโกเมสเกาหูจนเป็นเกิดเป็นแผลสด หมอจึงขอให้ใส่คอลล่าระหว่างการทายาไปด้วย เพื่อช่วยให้แผลแห้งและหายเป็นปกติ ตอนกลับบ้านคุณชายหน้าตื่นร้องเสียงหลง เพราะหมุนตัวในกระเป๋าไม่ได้ติดคอลล่า และช่วงที่ใส่วันแรกๆ คุณชายเดินชนโต๊ะ ชนประตู จนคุณชายเบื่อโลก ไม่อยากเจอใคร หนีไปแอบนอนตามมุมบ้าง นอนในห้องน้ำบ้าง ไม่ยอมลุกไปไหน อาย
คอลล่าแมวทำให้แมวเสียความมั่นใจ
ตอนโกเมสใส่คอลล่า มักจะเอาแต่หลบหน้าไม่อยากให้ใครเห็นคุณชายในหมวกปีกกว้างน่าเกลียด ที่เกาะคอเกะกะ แถมยังมาเน้นที่หน้าคุณชายให้ดูกลมใหญ่ขึ้นอีก เราปลอบคุณชายว่า ใส่หมวกก็หล่อดี น่ารักไปอีกแบบ แต่คุณชายไม่เชื่อ ร้องเสียงดัง “ชายไม่ชอบ เอามาใส่ให้ชายทำไม ทุกคนแกล้งชาย ไม่มีใครรักชาย” คุณชายร้องโวยวาย ก่อนจะเงียบใส่ทุกคน และหันมากินเพื่อคลายเครียดแทน แต่วันนี้ แม้ว่าคุณชายดูจะท่วมขึ้นนิดหน่อย แต่ก็ใช้ชีวิตกับคอลล่าได้คล่องตัวขึ้น “เป็นแมวก็ต้องปรับตัว” คุณชายกล่าวทิ้งท้ายไว้ก่อนจะเอนหลังนอน
Cat hates wearing cat collar
No cats like E-collar or as it is humorously called cone of shame because its shape causes discomfort to cats in their daily routine. Gomez cried so hard on the way home with a panicky face when he was in a travelling bag and he could hardly turned around inside the bag because of the cone. During the first days, he bumped into a table, a door and everything. He lost his self-confidence so he laid down and hid himself in a corner or bathroom, not wanting anyone to see him while wearing the cone. Besides, the cone made his face look bigger and rounder. So he hates it though I’ve told him he looks cute wearing the cone. He screamed with his highest voice “I hate it. Why you do this to me. No one loves me. Everyone teases me with that thing” Later on he keeps quiet and starts eating more to relieve his stress, I guess. Today Gomez has gained more weight but enjoys his days more with his cone on. “ A cat needs to be practical as well”. He miaows me once to leave me that message before taking a nap.
